These Terms of Service govern your use of potatopost.tw (the "Service"), operated by YITONGXI LLC ("PotatoPost", "we", "us"), a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.

1. Agreement

By accessing or using PotatoPost (the "Service") you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

PotatoPost is a software-as-a-service tool that helps you create brand-consistent marketing content (text, images, and video) and assess its readiness before you publish. Features, plans, and limits may change over time.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for your account, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

• Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring (monthly) basis through our payment processor, Stripe. Prices are in U.S. dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise.
• Your subscription renews automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
• We may change prices with reasonable notice; changes apply to the next billing period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to create or distribute content that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, hateful, or that violates the policies of the platforms you publish to. You are responsible for the content you generate and publish.

6. AI-Generated Output

The Service uses AI models to generate suggestions and content. Output may be inaccurate, biased, or unsuitable. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving any output before use. We make no warranty that output is accurate, original, or fit for any purpose.

7. Your Content

You retain ownership of the brand materials and content you provide and the content you generate. You grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the Service. See our Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software and design, is owned by us and protected by law. These Terms do not grant you any rights in our intellectual property except the limited right to use the Service.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or to comply with law.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
