Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy is part of our Terms of Service for potatopost.tw, operated by YITONGXI LLC, a Delaware limited liability company.

Free Plan

Our Free plan lets you try PotatoPost at no cost, so you can evaluate the Service before paying.

Cancellation

You can cancel your paid subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period, after which it will not renew.

Refunds

• Subscription payments are generally non-refundable, except as required by applicable law.
• 7-day unused refund: within 7 days of your first payment, if your account shows no usage of the Service in that billing period (no generation, publishing, brand import, or any other feature usage), contact us and we will issue a full refund of that payment.
• Once the Service has been used, payments are non-refundable. AI generation and related features consume real compute upon use and cannot be returned.
• We may grant refunds at our discretion in cases such as duplicate charges or verified billing errors.

Digital Service Notice (Taiwan)

PotatoPost is an online service rendered immediately upon provision. By subscribing, you expressly agree that provision begins at once and acknowledge that, pursuant to the Regulations Governing Reasonable Matters as Exceptions to the Right of Rescission in Distance Sales, the statutory 7-day rescission period under Article 19 of the Taiwan Consumer Protection Act does not apply. The 7-day unused-refund window above is a voluntary policy we offer in addition to your statutory rights.

本服務屬一經提供即為完成之線上服務，經您事先同意後立即開始提供；依《通訊交易解除權合理例外情事適用準則》，不適用消費者保護法第 19 條之七日解除權。上述 7 日未使用退款為我們自願提供、優於法定之政策。

How to Request

Email support@potatopost.tw from your account email with your request. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Stripe, typically within 5–10 business days.

Taiwan Customers — Invoicing

For customers in Taiwan, a government uniform invoice (電子發票) will be issued in accordance with local law.
