This Privacy Policy describes how YITONGXI LLC ("PotatoPost", "we"), a Delaware limited liability company, handles personal data for potatopost.tw.

- Account & contact data — e.g. your email address when you join the waitlist or create an account.
- Brand & content data — the brand materials and prompts you provide and the content you generate, to provide the Service.
- Billing data — handled by our payment processor, Stripe; we do not store full card numbers.
- Usage & device data — basic analytics and logs to operate and secure the Service.
2. How We Use It
To provide and improve the Service, process payments, communicate with you (including product and launch updates you signed up for), provide support, and meet legal obligations.
3. AI Processing
To generate content we send your prompts and relevant brand materials to AI model providers acting as our sub-processors. We do not sell your content.
4. Sharing & Sub-processors
We share data with service providers that help us operate, such as hosting, our database/storage provider, our payment processor (Stripe), and AI model providers — only as needed to provide the Service.
5. International Transfers
We operate from the United States and may process data in the U.S. and other countries. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.
6. Data Retention
We keep personal data for as long as needed to provide the Service and meet legal obligations, then delete or anonymize it.

If you join the waitlist or opt in, we will email you product and launch updates. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in each email.
